1. Who we are

ARG Core Solutions ("ARG Core," "we," "us," or "our") is a Scottsdale, Arizona business founded by Akhil Reddy Gurrala. We build done-for-you operating systems — CRM setup, funnels, automations, and reporting — for service businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. What we collect

Information you provide directly

When you contact us through the discovery form, by email, or during an engagement, we may collect:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company name
• Business information — industry, company size, current tools and workflows you've described
• Engagement details — goals, problems described, and build specifications we agree to during a project
• Communication history — emails, calls, and messages exchanged with us

Information collected automatically

When you visit argcoresolutions.com, our hosting provider (Netlify) collects standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies beyond those required for basic site function.

3. How we use it

Information is used only for the following purposes:

• To respond to your discovery call request or inquiry
• To deliver services you've engaged us to build
• To send status updates, deliverables, and invoices related to active engagements
• To improve services based on aggregated, anonymized patterns we observe across engagements
• To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or marketing networks. We do not use your information to train AI models.

4. Who we share with

Information is shared only with:

• Service providers we use to operate the business — Google Workspace (email), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (if you become a paying client). These providers process data under their own agreements and only as needed to deliver their service.
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets — only with continued protection under terms equivalent to this policy.

5. How long we keep it

Client and engagement data is retained for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal and tax obligations — typically seven years for financial records. Inquiry data from people who don't become clients is generally deleted within twenty-four months of last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@argcoresolutions.com. We'll respond within thirty days. If you're a California resident, we honor rights under the CCPA and CPRA. If you're in the EEA or UK, we honor rights under the GDPR.

7. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, using vendors that maintain industry-standard security practices — encrypted email through Google Workspace, HTTPS-only website delivery through Netlify, encrypted payment processing through Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we can't guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are designed for businesses, not individuals under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
